Diploma in graphic and web designing

A DTP (Desktop publishing) artist or art worker is a desktop publishing worker, responsible for translating the work of art directors and graphic designers into digital files ready to print. Desktop publishing software can produce layouts and can produce typographic quality text and images, which are comparable to traditional typography and printing. This technology provides individuals, businesses, and organizations to self-publish a wide range of printed material. Desktop publishing (DTP) is also the main source for digital typography. When DTPn(Desktop Publishing) is used skilfully, it allows the user to produce a broad variety of materials, from menus to magazines and books, without the cost of commercial printing.

Desktop publishing (DTP) consolidated desktop and WYSIWYG page design software for creating publication documents on a computer for large-scale publishing or small scale multifunction peripheral output and distribution. Desktop publishing (DTP) methods provide more control over layout, design, and typography than word processing does.
